ABOUT YOUTH FELLOWSHIP

Vision:

We are a Youth Ministry that actively invites every youth to discover and share in the adventure of life with Jesus Christ.

Mission:

We equip youth to develop and claim their faith, encourage them to demonstrate God's love, and connect them to each other, the church, and the world.

Strategy:

  • Provide opportunities to serve Christ through mission and outreach
  • Provide a safe, welcoming environment in which to explore and question faith
  • Provide stimulating, relevant educational opportunities
  • Provide fellowship opportunities with peers
  • Provide meaningful worship experiences
  • Provide opportunities to develop significant relationships with adults within the Body of Christ
  • Provide skills to continue deepening spiritual maturity beyond high school
  • Provide ministry to teens and their families

Middle & Senior High Fellowship: All youth in grades 7-12 are invited to join us on Sunday evenings at 5:30 p.m. downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. We begin the evening together with a light meal together provided by a different family each week. The group spends some time in worship and devotions before breaking out into separate Middle School and Senior High groups for small group discussion time.

Our Youth Fellowship program also offers special events throughout the year. Different activities that fire the imagination and promote fellowship and service are offered such as retreats, lock-ins, ski trip, movie nights, 30 Hour Famine, Parent's Day Out, Help the Homeless Walkathon, and a Super Bowl Party!

College Ministry - Collegiates have an opportunity to reconnect with each other as they return for winter holidays and summer breaks. Meetings may vary so consult the newsletter and weekly calendar. There is also a college mission trip that takes place each January. Sign up is during late summer/early fall.
