Service Project and Skills Building - Meet at Lewinsville at 7:30am for prayer and breakfast. We will then set off for Community Residences in Springfield. Several of the 6 residents in this home are in wheelchairs, and several have developmental problems. The home requires some minor carpentry, lots of painting, and some bathroom repair. We should be back to the church by 4:00pm. Typically lunch is provided. Let Linda know if you are able to participate (lbender@lewinsville.org).

This year's project is a group home in Oakton operated by the Hartwood Foundation, serving the mentally handicapped. Projects include building shelves for the basement, minor painting and landscaping.

Easter Balloons

Meet at the church at 6:00am - donuts provided - to decorate the church sanctuary for Easter with 400+ helium balloons. Then we'll move to Lewinsville Park to hide eggs for the annual Easter egg hunt.

Roles and responsibilities will be coordinated during our week in Hagerstown. Those participating in the service should be at the church at 8:30am to run through any last minute details.
