Welcome Back!

On Festival Sunday, we celebrate the beginning of a new program year and reconnect with one another to be alert and open to what God is doing in and through us at Lewinsville Church. We will resume our Sunday schedule of two services at 8:30 and 11:00 am in the Sanctuary. We will resume our Christian education schedule for all ages from 9:45 to 10:45am in various locations throughout the building. We will celebrate with a festive BBQ. Join us at the Peters Property (the lawn adjacent to the church) to nourish the body with good BBQ food. It will be a festive day. God is doing a new thing at Lewinsville--do you not perceive it?

8:30 am - Worship

9:45 am - Christian Education for all ages

11:00 am - Worship

12:15 pm - BBQ on the Peters Property

 

BARBECUE!

Bring your appetite (and a couple of lawn chairs), as once again, we will have our annual Festival Sunday Barbecue! Weather permitting, we hope to hold this year’s barbecue outdoors on the beautiful Peters property green. There’ll be limited tables and chairs for those who need them. We’re promising great eats and great fun for all. What a wonderful way to cap the Festival Sunday activities. The barbecue gets underway at 12:15 pm, following the second service of worship. The Peters property green is adjacent to the Heritage Hall parking lot and we’ll be providing directions and assistance to those who need it. See you at the barbecue on Festival Sunday!!
