Our Prayer List Policy:

The weekly prayer list in the Sunday announcements includes those members and friends of the church family who are in a temporarily serious or critical situation; the monthly prayer list in the newsletter is for those with a long-term need for prayer. Names placed on the weekly list will be removed after six weeks unless the church office is notified to keep them on or to move them to the newsletter list. We need your help to keep our prayer lists accurate and current. Please remember in your prayers all those listed. The number in parentheses on the weekly list refers to that person's area cluster.

This form is to submit names to be added to our Prayer Concerns list in the weekly bulletin.
