During the month of June, Lewinsville celebrates Pride month and the inclusion of LGBTQ persons in the life of the church. We do this out of our conviction that LGBTQ persons are to be included in every level of the church’s life and ministry. We joyfully recognize that the church would not be as strong as it is without the leadership and contributions of LGBTQ persons, and our denomination, the PCUSA, has affirmed this conviction in decisions at the General Assembly.
