Abigail Wood, a graduate student at Peabody Conservatory studying with Dr. Daniel Aune, will perform works by Duruflé, Pachelbel, Bach, Vierne, and Guilmant on Lewinsville’s Gress-Miles/Lively-Fulcher instrument. The concert is free and open to all. Donations support the Lewinsville Music Fund.
J. Franklin Clark retired from Lewinsville Presbyterian Church in 2004 after serving 37 years as Minister of Music. During his tenure at Lewinsville, it was said that in his work he emphasized the “minister” more than the “music.” To honor his lasting legacy of mentorship and nurturing of many young musicians, Lewinsville will host the annual J Clark Young Artists Concert as part of the Holy Happy Hour Concert Series in his honor.
