On April 26, we will look at poems from a book I was given last year, Healing the Divide: Poems of Kindness & Connection (Green Writers Press, 2019, edited by James Crews)(the divide in the title is that essential alone-ness one can feel). So these poems are about love and kindness and “being human”. Can we find God and God’s love in these poems? Can we see God in the “ordinary”? Can poetry help us connect to one another?
