Due to inclement weather on our originally-scheduled date (August 12th), the August Sunset Service has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, August 19, at 7:00 p.m. The same guidelines apply for this service – masks are required, please RSVP below. Physical distancing will be maintained. Let’s do this again! If you have any questions, reach out to Pastor Jen or the church office.
The Sunset Service will serve much like the Wednesday Bible Study, as a creative exploration of the Sunday scripture for the following week. Attendees will share in prayers and reflecting on the Word, listen to music, and participate in an interactive experience that will be part of the video worship service for the following Sunday. This service will focus on the Scripture text for August 16, Genesis 45:1-15, and on the theme of forgiveness as the biblical character of Joseph enacts forgiveness for his brothers.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
so we may plan appropriate social distancing and to keep the number attending to 50.

If possible, please bring lawn chair. Masks are required, and please follow the social distance guidelines upon arrival. If you think that wearing a mask or maintaining social distance will be difficult for you or someone in your family, then, with heavy hearts, we ask you not to attend. We ask that everyone assess their risk for an outdoor gathering before deciding if this is something that is right for you in this phase of the virus.
Watch the Thursday Mail in August for more detailed information. This service will be held in the small parking lot off Great Falls Street. We ask that everyone park in the large lot and walk over! PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT WILL BE CANCELED FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER.
