Summer Mission Project

Lewinsville's Summer Mission Project is an annual mission trip that takes place during the last week of June, offering youth a unique opportunity to travel to various locations across the United States. During this week, participants engage in a variety of volunteer activities, contributing to communities in need and learning firsthand what it means to be part of God's mission in the world. This experience not only deepens their understanding of service and faith but also fosters lifelong bonds with fellow youth and adult leaders, creating a strong, supportive community rooted in shared purpose and Christian Community.

Montreat Youth Conference

Lewinsville's annual trip to the Montreat Youth Conference, held in late July, is a highlight of the summer for our youth. Traveling to Montreat, North Carolina, they join Presbyterian youth from across the country for a week of spiritual growth, fellowship, and fun. The conference offers a unique setting for deepening their faith, with activities ranging from worship services and small group discussions to outdoor adventures and creative workshops. Through these experiences, our youth not only learn about God and spiritual formation but also build lasting friendships with peers who share their faith and values.
