Marina Madhavan joined Lewinsville’s staff in January 2026 in her role as the Director of Accounting and Administration. Marina is responsible for both finances and facility operations, as well as human resources, at the church. Marina serves in a role that combines the previous part-time roles of Property Manager and Human Resources/Financial Manager.
She comes to Lewinsville with deep experience in accounting, and with a proven track record of solving problems, most recently as an Operations Manager for an engineering firm in Falls Church.
Marina and her husband who live in Springfield, have two grown children and an Australian Shepherd, Einstein.
